Standing up, measure the circumference of your lower thigh, 10cm from the centre of your knee.
Circumference measurements correspond to the sizing below:

Small: 36-40cm // 14.15" - 15.74"

Medium: 40-46cm // 15.75" - 18.11"

Large: 46-52cm // 18.11" - 20.47"
